Minimum Requirements:

• A Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification (NQF Level 6).
• 1 year experience in procurement or supply chain management operations preferably in a large organisation or higher education institution.

Key responsibilities:

• Administrative duties
• Tender Duties
• Filing
• Arrange departmental meetings when requested to do so.
• Take minutes of all Procurement unit meetings.
• Sending out of Communique to stakeholders as and when required.
• Expediting of outstanding Goods and Services and requisitions.
• Deviations (Limited Bidding, single source and variation orders)
• Reporting
