Lecturer

Minimum requirements:

  • A PhD in the field of Accounting, Internal Auditing, Auditing or Taxation with a comprehensive background of Information Technology.  
  • At least 3 years lecturing experience University level or 3 year's industry experience 

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

  • Make major contributions to the academic quality by providing leadership of all aspects of offerings associated with Auditing and Taxation in the Department
  • Take responsibility for the teaching, learning and assessing of offerings associated with Auditing and Taxation in the Department
  • Lead, develop, design and review all learning content associated with Auditing and Taxation
  • Contribute to the research environment by helping and supporting colleagues with the supervision of post graduate students
  • General administrative duties assigned by the HOD
